Scientific jokes (11)

A physicist, biologist and a chemist were going to the ocean for the first time.
The physicist saw the ocean and was fascinated by the waves. He said he wanted to do some research on the fluid dynamics of the waves and walked into the ocean. Obviously he was drowned and never returned.
The biologist said he wanted to do research on the flora and fauna inside the ocean and walked inside the ocean. He too, never returned.
The chemist waited for a long time and afterwards, wrote the observation, "The physicist and the biologist are soluble in ocean water".

Scientific jokes

Here are some scientific jokes, to start the day in a different way ...
Regardless of whether or not they are so funny, I'm a fan of this kind of jokes, because they show (once again) that science (and biochemistry in particular) does not have to be boring.

1 - What does epigenetics means?
A genetic that is happy!

2 - How does an electron commits suicide?
It jumps off the hydrogen bridge.
3 - What is the most abundant hydrocarbon in vegetables?
It is butane, because science that studies the vegetables is “butanic”.

Biochemical jokes

You can make jokes about any subject. Biochemistry is no exception ...

Here are two videos with some of these jokes.
The man who appears in this video (Brian Malow) is a famous comedian specialized in jokes that focuses on science.

In this second video, we have a teacher telling jokes written by his students (starting from 1 minute of video).
